Has anyone every used or even seen a listing with a "Bold Title" or Enhanced Photo? I have been charged for those enhancements even though I have never selected them and would never select them. They are $1 a month once they get hooked onto a listing...

Does anyone understand the metrics eBay uses to payout the money that has been paid into a seller's account? It appears to me that it is not sent out as often as would be expected by when things are paid. Sometimes I will have several hundred dollars...
