Does anyone understand the metrics eBay uses to payout the money that has been paid into a seller's account?  It appears to me that it is not sent out as often as would be expected by when things are paid.   Sometimes I will have several hundred dollars being "processed" for 3 or 4 days and they will send me $2.35 of some goofy amount.  What's up with that?

Are you saying that you registered for a program that is to handle your money without doing your homework first so you would understand what to expect?  Why?
