I just wanted to update that I followed the "work around" that was
posted in the other thread on this. It had me upload my drivers licence
and gave me another 'hold.' So once I did that it took off this alert
for me. I didn't actually upload the driv...
It is not fixed on my end. I have had the same problem for a week about
two weeks. I do monthly payouts so have waited patiently but starting to
get impatient.
We are having the same problem. I noticed most the people responding
didn't address the issue. Am I correct that you submitted a paper W-9?
