I am not sure you understand how the threads work but my questions was
to another user. They have since answered my question thank you. BTW
this thread is regarding sole proprietors the ability to submit the ebay
W9 form.
Did they fix your issue, they are telling me it is fixed but I dont see
that to be the case on my end. This is illegal. They cannot withhold
money due to their technical difficulties.
