Have them checked out by the PO as many of these too good to be prices
are extremely likely to be counterfeit.Get a receipt if they are
taken.You don't want to get your mail returned or a knock on the door.

If they have different prices thru out the day it effectively is.They
will raise the base price and act like they're giving a discount other
parts of the day.They are butt covering because of the backlash they
have received.
Stamps that went through the postal system and uncancelled are not valid
to be used again.But have had many stamps get stuck together in storage
and had to soak apart are valid to use as postage.
