service is terrible. Get rid of the automation & replace with live
operator. I need to speak with a live agent NOW!!!
I don't think your solution should be to "remove or eliminate direct
dial customer service" that was a bad move. Bring it back!! It's the
foundation of customer service.Also if you send email to your members,
make sure they are 2 way monitored email ...
