Customer has made an offer but would like lower shipping cost. They are
willing to wait for the item. I cant change shipping option on my end.
Any suggestions?
If I had done more research I would have never opened a store. First...I
don't understand why most people get limited to ten but I get five? What
am I paying for?
Thank you, there was enough from sales, that's why I didn't understand
but yes..that is what it was , to cover the shipping if the return. They
took it ouf of my bank account.
