When I am trying to enter my shipping, I put all the package details and
weight in, select the carrier, and then when I choose to offer free
shipping, it clears everything out and tells me to add it all in again.
I tried it on the app and the webpage...
I am trying to change the available quantity on a product, however,
there is nowhere in the bodies of any of the sections to change that.
I've done it prior, but I no longer can find it. Can anyone help out?

I am new to selling on ebay, and one of my buyers profiles now says "no
longer a registered user". Does this mean they were flagged for fraud,
