When i try to send offer to a buyer it says not eligible, but i get
offers after just looking at an item, I don't understand why I can't
send offers to watchers?
I was told my vintage shiny brights have mold in them because the tops
are discolored, whether it is or isn't, is it safe to clean the insides
of these ornaments? If so best way?
