I sold my item new 6 months ago on eBay and now the seller wants a full
refund as he says it doesn't match the description ... I believe he has
been using the item for 6 months and now wants his full monies back ..
How can I dispute this
EBay have stopped my money and are going ahead with the dispute !! They
are asking for evidence that it does not match the description that he
purchased ..which is crazy as it was brand new and sealed
