Banner ads cause browser to scroll to bottom of page

This is extremely annoying. I am a BUYER and you are making my experience horrible ebay. Page loads, I browse the search results for a few seconds, then BAM, browser scrolls to bottom of page. Oh yeah, auto-play video/audio also sucks. FIX IT PLEASE.
