go file a police report for theft and you can also report the buyer for
return abuse.
I can agree with you on that one, if it's some seller fees that you owe,
they will have that expedited from either your payouts or your bank. But
if its a payout they will try to hold on to it as long as they can.
eBay doesn't care about your purchase history while selling. You may
have purchased all those items but that doesn't give you any perks when
it comes to selling. eBay does say that for new sellers they can hold
funds up to 30 days. No way around it. ...
If you switched bank accounts and your payout still gets rejected then
you must have some type of block on your account or a system glitch.

Never sell any item on eBay unless you're totally prepared to lose it.
The buyer is always right in eBays eyes. There should be a middle man
that handles certain eBay returns.
