Why can't I speak with e bay customer service. They just have it automated and hangs up in you without helping. Where can I get a person to speak too???

I ordered a tire and it got to the pay screen then I hit confirm and sent me to error screen. I checked my purchases twice to make sure it did not go through, so I continued to order it a second time. Same thing happened after I hit purchase same err...
