I cancelled a order awhile back, I accidentally Bid waaay too much on the item, so the seller put the buy it now price on the invoice instead. And I would have paid If I hadn't started cancelling the order, while doing so, I saw same item again liste...

This certain seller has alot of bad feedback ~seller cancels orders almost every time items are won a low bid. This is a regular thing.. HOW Come eBay don't step in and stop this?? Is this ok to do? I would be pretty upset too!
