I definitely did not and will not respond to them. They seemed
personally insulted that they were blocked as thought it was my fault -
the "I don't know where you got your information" just blew me away lol.
UPDATE: It's been a week and a half since the package was "stolen."
After contacting eBay customer service again regarding both 1) eBay
taking my money to refund her for a return she did not return and 2) the
buyer reporting me for "violent comments"...
You are correct about a carrier remembering the package - they did
remember and said it was one of several packages delivered to that
address that day and it had not been tampered with in any way according
to the carrier (who I am inclined to believe...
I'm not sure I could have handled this situation any differently - other
than to NOT contact eBay to ask for help because I made the mistake of
telling them she claimed the box was empty & they used that to rule in
her favor. So I guess the lesson is...
