eBay app buggy sent duplicate messages

I'm using eBay app 5.27.1.2 in Android Marshmallow. For the first time today when I sent a message it sent multiple times (3). The sending message popup was flickering for 5 seconds. Where am I supposed to report this? eBay app has no feedback entry.
