Who gets the excess shipping fees? I see it taken from my payouts and
from my bank account. (Shipping fees). Print a label and there is excess
who gets the excess where does it go?
Thank you, ebay refunded the buyer and I cancelled the order and
relisted the item. Thanks for your help, I never heard from ebay except
that the item was cancelled. I am new at this, and every step is a
learning experience.
