Can send combined shipping invoice thru app. why is it when they update app , they make it worse then it already was?

Says I have offers available to send people but when I click on it, says no offer eligible this has been ongoing for months with no resolution

Says I have 4 offers to send to buyers , when I click on offers to send , says no eligible buyers to send to. Been the same for 2 wks now

Mark shipped option

App won’t allow to mark as shipped. This is brutal considering you have to mark shipped timeline. FIX THIS!!
