Hey @vdcards ! We have a reported issue about members not being able to mark items as dispatched or shipped. For this if you're running into issues on iOS then the next update will have a fix in place. If you're running into this outside of the iOS app you can reach out to customer support here and let them know you are experiencing ALERT13909. Marking items as shipped is not the same as actually shipping. There's no such thing as a "mark shipped time line." There's a handling time and delivery time. If you're not actually shipping within your handing time and getting an acceptance scan, marking as shipped won't do anything to prevent a defect for late shipping.
Edited to say. When you print a shipping label the item will automatically show as shipped which could be why you see "mark as shipped" greyed out.

I have the same issue just last week it was working fine, now whenever i sell item and ship it and try to click on mark as shipped it does nothing. Mark as shipped still appears

Same with me. Just started the beginning of the week. Using I phone version 6.66.0.

Until they get this fixed, I’m going into the website and doing it. It’s working, so at least there’s a workaround.
