I am not seeing the new USPS Mailing Box 4 added July 2022, as a mailing option. Am I missing something?

I see that a large envelope can be used when looking at the shipping calculator say a 1.89, but when I post that option is not available. prompts me for USPS Priority Package rates.How do I see USPS large envelope rates?

Mailing single items with forever USPS stamps

I note in the description that I will send in envelope with USPS stamps. Is there another way to note this? I feel like I am missing an option when posting for mailing.
