I’m shipping a box that is 18 L x 16 W x 5 H, when I hit save, it
displays as 5x16x18. I’m going to owe the buyer a refund on shipping but
want to make sure my shipping costs are correct first. This is the first
time I noticed this.
Buyer left negative feedback saying they didn’t receive an item. I
shipped it USPS and tracking says it was delivered to front door on
April 8th. They just now left negative feedback. I track all my
packages. Has anyone else experienced this?
