My ebay envelopes are getting returned Claiming they are non-machinable.

I eBay envelopes are getting returned. Post office is now saying they are non-machinable when I have sent many packages identical. You have to spend $1.08 on each envelope now or they will not ship it. Mailman left 20 in the rain today.
