I can't send an item and I want to refund. I got the money on ebay and I
don't have PayPal or credit card added. When I try to use refund or
cancel order it says I need to enter a credit card to charge me. Why is
this happening?
I have already solved it. I haven't read. It said it will charge me only
if I don't have enough money on ebay. I have added my credit card and I
have cancelled the order. I got charged from the credit card only 0,31€.
