I've been told on this forum that if I used eBay Global Ship program and
the customer says the drive is broken, then they are on the hook to
refund the money. Assuming this is true, who / how do I get eBay's
attention to get this customer a refund?

I sold a $500 item, eBay says the customer has paid for it, and I've
contacted the customer asking him when he wants to pick up the item. But
he hasn't replied. It's approaching 24 hours. Seems odd. Anything I
should do?
I tend to send invoices to buyers even when they make an offer and I
accept the offer. I still send them an invoice. I got the idea that
somehow if I don't, the clock never starts ticking for them to pay and
if I do, then they have the standard four ...
I have a customer who says what I sent him is damaged and wants to
return it. Does eBay have a way to send him a shipping label for the
original packaging except reverse the addresses so it goes from his
house to my house? He is in Quebec and I'm in ...
For others: at the bottom of the page that @stephenmorgan linked to is a
"Contact Us". Click that and you get a bot chat. Ask for an agent and
eventually the bot will tell you that an agent will call you. It was
very quick for me. They said 3 minutes...
Yes, I still have the email: "We are writing to confirm that your
transaction through the Global Shipping Program has been successfully
delivered by the carrier.This is a courtesy email only, and no further
action is needed."
Just FYI: Customer never contacted me. I've tried to email him twice.
eBay has sent me the payout already (which complicates things). Not sure
what to do at this point. I'll keep trying to email him.
| Why don't you just take the expenses like shipping out of the pending
funds from the order? That might be exactly what I'm looking for. I'll
