I'm sending out a package and I planned to use a large flat rate box
because it's the perfect size for my item... The price for the flat rate
box is $18.63 but if I just enter the dimensions of the box and use
priority it's $9.64... it's 2 lbs, 7 oz....

order, the numbers made sense for one item. But the order was apparently
for two. Got a message asking if I sent them separately. I reviewed the
order and it does say she ordered two...
I didn't realize I could do that on my own, I had to view everything on
my laptop. I requested a revision, we'll see what happens. I really
don't like the fact he dinged me for something out of my control. I'll
escalate if I get no response from him....
