I only sent one of the two items my customer ordered, best way to ship the second one??

My customer ordered an item I had several for sale. I fulfilled the order, the numbers made sense for one item. But the order was apparently for two.  Got a message asking if I sent them separately. I reviewed the order and it does say she ordered two and the $ amounts for everything were higher than when I shipped! WTH happened? 🤔 What's the best way for me to send the second item without losing all my profits? USPS website doesn't show me the flat rate box size I want to use, 7x7x6.  Or is there a way I can still send using eBay? I just want to send as economically as possible. Thanks!

7x7x6 is NOT a flat rate box.

You can bring up the order and print another label. You will get a warning that you already printed a label. Just ignore and buy and print the second. You will get a new, second, tracking number.

Package the item and go to the Post Office to post and they will tell you the best price. Get it scanned and keep the postal receipt.

Ship ASAP and at this point I would only be concerned with making my buyer happy, no matter if my profit takes a hit.

My customer paid shipping, will that matter? It wasn't free shipping. I just don't want it to charge her again or something crazy and make the situation worse.

Your customer pays you shipping and you pay for the label. If you do it the way it was suggested above, the second label will come out of your profit. It won't come from your customer. The amount will be whatever the original label was.

You made an error. When errors are made, sometimes we have no profits (I know that has happened to me a number of times). Just ship the best and cheapest way possible, apologize to  your buyer and tell her you made an error.

You need to ship it using the same method your buyer selected when she purchased it.

If you print a second label, you will get a ding in your late shipments metric.  One late shipment shouldn't cause you a problem unless you have several others.
