I was looking at some silver for sale on Ebay and the seller was from Isreal. He had a set of tumblers and a serving tray for sale for $79, but was charging $299 for shipping! He also has a silver teapot for sale for $159, but the shipping is $999! W...

I think I know the answer to this but I want to make sure. How old does something generally have to be, to be considered vintage?
