Alright I checked and you are correct. For some reason the option is
still there and you can select it but it doesn't save and just goes back
to no restock fee. Must just be a relic of the past they haven't gotten
rid of yet.
I just figured I'd hop in here and say Ebay does give sellers the option
to add restocking fees. If you're a seller and go to your business
policies where it lets you set up policies for shipping, returns and all
