What is wrong with USPS and why is eBay holding my funds when buyers say they didn’t receive their package. Why doesn’t eBay hold USPS funds? I really count on my eBay money for food and they keep putting my money because USPS drops the ball.

If I spend my eBay sales money on eBay, and no money is ever transferred electronically to my bank account, is that money put on my 1099k? In other words, is it only funds electronically transferred that goes on my 1099k?

I just received a 2021 1099k from eBay and my and my gross amount of card/third party network transactions was only $18,651.93. I thought eBay sellers could avoid a 1099k in 2021 if the gross amount was under $20,000. I can do the books, even though ...
