Like you said, it depends on what you will be using the VPN for, each
one excels at different things. If you're a developer you should have
something with fast speeds, but if you're using the VPN to torrent or do
sketchier things, then you want a VPN...
In my experience, USPS always tries to deliver as fast as possible.
