Should I offer a refund on a purchase that buyer says she did not receive but tracking tells me it was delivered and send refund for cost but not shipping.....
A package to the buyer did not arrive although the tracking tells me it was delivered. Now the buyer is asking for a refund. What is my position on solving this problem?
I tried to print a shipping label two times and was unsuccessful when My printer stopped working. I was charged for both efforts and was told I got a refund for one label that went to the ebay master card...so where is my refund and how do I claim it...
