Is anyone else having problems with signing up for Managed Payments? I can't get past the first screen of verifying name, address and phone number. I have repeatedly gotten "something went wrong, please try again later" for 2 weeks. Any suggestions?

Why are the views missing on a listing? Will this ever changed back?
