gets a set amount each year of allowed withdrawals so there won't be
massive amounts of feedback being removed.
Has the buyer paid? Tell the buyer you can't read the numbers, they're
too small and that they'll be able to track their gift cards on the USPS
site, then thank them for their purchase, and politely sign off. Don't
send the numbers though.

If you classify the lot as used, then every item has to work. You would
have to classify it as for parts/not working if you want to sell
