Hi All! I sold a product through an ad that clearly stated no returns.
The customer is insistent on returning the item because they don't "like
it". Has anyone experienced this or what is the best way to proceed?

There's not really ever a best one. They - ups, usps, fedex - all have
their ups and downs but based on our experience we've had the best
experience using ups
This is definitely fraud. Have you filed a claim with your carrier? Who
delivered it USPS? It might take some time but once you receive the
claim response, Ebay should accept that.
We actually just left that company because of some complications. We're
using a smaller fulfillment company because we wanted someone more
hands-on and to avoid some serious mistakes (i.e. lost inventory and
mass missed shipments) that we experienced...
