All my shipping fees are drastically low and out-dated except for some "free shipping" listings. Problem is, 5,000 listings now have under-priced shipping fees. Do I need to close the store and start over?

How do I see my customer's cart? Where is it?

Where is my customer's cart? Customer says he has 6 items in his "cart" (though they're still listed for sale) how do I see their cart? Thanks!
