You can pursue this. You need to prove that they didn't return a
MacBook. My suggestion is look at the way they shipped it. Was it a 6lb
package or a first class envelope? Call the Staples store. When it is an
outright mail fraud case like this Paypa...
You have 1443 feedback on eBay??? So they did not even ship the item
out? Then just go into Paypal and open "item not recieved" case. They
will need to provide proof of delivery., if they can't you get a refund.
But you can't wait 4 more months. This...
Just look at their feedback left for others. If they are a happy
customer for other people then ship to them. If they leave negative
feedback for half of their transactions maybe you can leave them a
negative experience of your own.
