item pickup refund

i sold a large item that was pickup only...the guy never came picked it up and that was 60 days ago but now has filed he wants a refund...i refuse to refund his money becasue its buyers fault for not coming to get item....do i have to refund him....the item is still sitting on my property but i feel i am not no storage place..60 days is way more then enuff time to drive the 4 hrs to come get it
