I hear you. Please hear m. I had intended to charge what the postage was
when I listed my item. I am relatively inexperienced with eBay's ways.
It was an honest intraction.
While I agree that I didn't have to refund the buyer anything, I chose
to do so.I never found a way for the drop down list to display the
option to make a refund.I worked around it. I asked the buyer to request
a return, I offered the partial refund ...
I notice Paypal hasn't released the funds yet, maybe that needs to
happen before I will have the option re refund. I will check again after
the funds are released.
Thank you. That is where I found it. The help tells me that the refund
option will not show if there is a dispute or other problem on the
order. I checked (also messaged the buyer) and there is no dispute.
So I go to the item in sold / shipped and it is there. The only drop
down list is the one that is next to leave feedback link, and there is
no Send Refund on the list.....
