beware' no respect for buyer, will not meet buyer halfway for legitimate

why shouldn't I pay the correct amount instead of money refunded 3-5
days later. It should be good business on everyone's behalf. Isn't that

Every time I send info that needs to be handled, my email messages
disappear, and i'm not allowed to proceed. Ebay is not concerned with
their misbehavir to members of the community. What can be done/ They
just couldn't care less.
This can be solved with a little time. We all want Ebay working on the
wording and be fair to sellers and buyers. It should be do-able.
