I have a person who won the bid on my item that is unable to pay. I
believe the cause to be the fact that he is based in a country that I
have excluded, but he has a US address as well. What do I do or have him
do to get the transaction done?
Thanks for the replies. I actually think that it might not be the
shipping address but maybe he’s trying to use foreign currency. Should I
just cancel the order or try to go through it? Does it seem suspicious?
