Is anyone else having an issue with on demand payouts? I just tried to
initiate a payout and got the error message "We ran into a problem. Try
again later". Now the system won't let me attempt the withdrawal again,
plus I now have a red "!" symbol ne...
Update: My tracking and carrier scan issue has been fixed. I hadn't
contacted customer service yet, so they must be working through it with
everyone who has an issue. So I'm back to 100% with that metric. Very
relieved. LOL
Happened to me, but with a package that contained 36 items (so 36
listings with "tracking uploaded on time but no carrier scan"). So that
is a major problem for me. I am literally looking at the paper receipt
(from when my post office scanned the pac...
It looks like it is just ampersands, apostrophes and quotation marks
that are getting mucked up. Other punctuation marks (like exclamation
points, hyphens and periods) seem to render fine. It is really freaking
annoying for me, as I sell vinyl record...
I initiated a payout, and it went through to my bank account (10:40
Arizona time). Hopefully it's just an intermittent issue tonight. There
have been a variety of annoying glitches popping up on the platform this
week.
