My active listings have not appeared in the eBay app since April 19th.
It can find it on the website. But I can't find it on the eBay app. Even
if I find it, I can't buy it. It can only follow it. I used different
accounts and different devices.
I didn't notice it at first. A buyer came to me and said he couldn't buy
my product. I even used my girlfriend's account to check my eBay on the
eBay app. Still didn’t work. Did you add it to the shopping cart using
the website or the eBay app?
