not appeared in the eBay app

My active listings have not appeared in the eBay app since April 19th.  It can find it on the website. But I can't find it on the eBay app. Even if I find it, I can't buy it. It can only follow it. I used different accounts and different devices.

I know. I switched another account. On the app when you click the buy option you can’t buy it. Only can be follow.

Stop trying to buy your own item, the system knows it is you by your IP address which is why it won’t let you buy.

I didn't notice it at first. A buyer came to me and said he couldn't buy my product. I even used my girlfriend's account to check my eBay on the eBay app. Still didn’t work. Did you add it to the shopping cart using the website or the eBay app?
