Buyer purchased an item that she never received. Post office shows the
item delivered. She said it was not and went to her local post office,
her post office said it was delivered. Is there anything she can do or
am I responsible for refunding her?
I had a customer purchase a $250 vase that has already left positive
feedback now wants to return it because it does not fit in their
cabinet. The pictures did include measurements. I do allow returns so I
am guessing that I have no choice but though...
