and then I write details over the index card, then stamp, then tape it
to the bubble mailer. I have to do this because there’s sharpie under
the bubble mailer.
I recently sold something, and the buyer left neutral feedback on the
item. They haven't even gotten it yet. They seem to be new to eBay,
(only 1 feedback) what should I do?
