Only Available Condition is “Used”

 lately, every time I’ve tried to list on my iPhone, i could only choose used for the condition. Has this happened to anyone else?

Personally, I wouldn't use a phone to list.  However, you haven't mentioned what you are trying to list.

Some categories, such as Antiques, cannot list as new for obvious reasons.

It depends on what you're selling.  Sometimes if the UPC code is not provided iit will default to used. Trading cards packs that have been opened and sold as loosies are not new.  They've touched and sorted.  Brand new would require the pack to be unopened.
