I see no way to report a buyer who doesn't pay, I go to the area and
find no button to report them, just a button to cancel the item. Has
eBay gone so low that you can not even tell them about their undesirable

Thank You.... I had set my buyer requirements to block buyers with 2
strikes, but this buyer didn't qualify and nowhere that I could find was
the 96 Hour limit to report them and no where was the extension if you
sent an Invoice. Face it, it is a mor...
There is no way to register a complaint thru eBay for anything.... Maybe
you can because you have special access because you are on the response
team... but all of the regular users can not access any way to register
a complaint. And as I typing this...
It really sounds to ME that most of the eBay deference by the respondent
are Paid people who would defend eBay not matter what. These rules are
not readily accessible to users. You have to jump thru hoops to find a
way to notify eBay that someone has...
