2018 US Flag 100 coil - Plate Block number"B111"

I got two rolls of the BCA 100 coil 2018 US FLag stamps.They have the plate block number of B111. USPS website says that the plate block should be P.The plate block does show up every 31 stamps. Are these legitimate stamp coils?
