HelloMy buyer started a returns process but then decided to keep it.
There was no facility to stop the process as the options were removed
and Paypal has witheld my funds. Any help please. Thanks.

generate a label. Ebay sent me an email about returns labels but no help
for people like me without a printer.Hope you can help
HelloThank you for your swift response.She has tried but says the option
for cancelling is no longer in the option dropdown box. Ebay says that
it is all part of their automated system which isn't very helpful.I may
just have to play the waiting game...
