I bought an item with a gift coupon from ebay and money and returned the
item and only the money was refunded, why did I not get the gift coupon
back since I used it before the expiration date?
SO if I don't sign up for Managed Payments then I cannot sell on

Reason I quit selling was because the fees went up and at the end of the
year ebay was making more money than I was counting shipping so I quit.
I hoped maybe things had changed a bit for the better but....anyway,

Thanks, I guess it was the principle of the thing, we still had First
Class and it just seemed better to add the extras to the item and only
charge by weight for the shipping.
